This is a painting taken from a photograph I took while bringing some of my Amercian cousins to climb our Holy Mountain …. The Reek… there is the most amazing view from it. It looks out on some of the 365 islands that sit in Clew Bay.
Again the sheep feature in this. This house is nestled in a beautiful corner of the world and off course they have their own flock… so I I cheekily painted them on the road into their home. And, we have the male sheep guiding the ewe home…. hence the name ‘After Ewe’
